Deposits are non-refundable. Clients are entitled to a five (5) day cooling off period. This five day cooling off period begins from the time of full balance payment is paid to Cel Design be that posted or received at Studio.
Sale is final after the five day cooling off period.
** Bespoke Designs are non -refundable . The five day cooling off period does not apply to Bespoke Designs ***
